FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (Job position # 6032)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. This position report to the Asian Financial Controller based in Singapore

2. Manage the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting, Human Resource (HR) and office administration matters

3. In-charge of monthly closing, financial accounting, management reporting as well as cash flow management, budget, forecast and tax planning

4. Ensure compliance to corporate and local regulatory requirements

5. Perform analysis on monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statement and explain the variances

6. Provide support to HR function in term of local labor regulation advisory and other HR related matters

7. Liaise with auditors/tax agent/bankers/company and lawyer

REQUIREMENT:

1. Accounting or equivalent professional qualification

2. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience with an MNC

3. prove leadership skills in managing a team

4. Possess understanding of local taxation (VAT, with holding, personal income and corporate)

   accounting standard and regulations

5. Strong knowledge of Ms Excel and Hyperion Financial Management system will be an added advantage

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
